These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sigil Inc. governing your use of the Sigil platform and services.

By accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If using on behalf of an organization, you warrant authority to bind that organization.

Sigil provides electronic signature and document management enabling you to:

• - Create, send, sign, and manage documents
• - Collect legally binding electronic signatures
• - Store and organize documents securely
• - Access audit trails and compliance reports

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all account activities. You must be at least 18 years old.

Electronic signatures through Sigil are intended to be legally binding. We comply with ESIGN Act, UETA, and eIDAS regulations. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to: violate laws, infringe IP rights, transmit malware, gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, or engage in fraud or harassment.

Fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

You may terminate anytime. We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may export data within 30 days of termination.
